工作原理

A mining radiator (dry cooler) is an outdoor heat exchanger that rejects heat from a hydro cooling loop into the ambient air. It is the final stage of heat rejection in any hydro-cooled ASIC mining setup — essential for keeping coolant temperatures within operating range.

Start with your total ASIC power draw: three Antminer S21 Hydro at 5.5 kW each = 16.5 kW heat load. Select a radiator rated at 120-130% of that figure (20-22 kW). For hot climates (35C+), increase to 140-150%. Contact us with your miner count and site location for exact sizing.

The CDU circulates coolant through your miners, then routes heated coolant to the radiator for heat rejection. The radiator returns cooled fluid to the CDU, completing the loop. For indoor setups where ambient temperature stays above 5C, use deionised water with corrosion inhibitor. For outdoor radiators or cold climates, use water-propylene glycol mix — 30% glycol for protection to -15C, 40% for -25C. We stock both corrosion inhibitor and premixed glycol coolant.

Radiator capacity depends on the temperature differential between coolant and ambient air. In hot weather (35C+), effective capacity drops 20-30%.
