A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, though it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we received notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for this repayment, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling that was not necessary to check the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
The delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The delivery of goods that can deteriorate quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded rapidly.
The delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the time of the conclusion of the contract but which cannot be delivered until at least 30 days after conclusion, and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market beyond the seller's control.
The delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts involving:
The delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
The delivery of goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.
The delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.
